System Configuration

The Mobile Huddle Room

The Huddle Room display will consist of a Samsung 65” UHD 4K Pro TV (display) mounted and aligned for optimum image quality onto a Chief mobile cart. The Barco ClickShare Conference will be integrated with the 65” display and a Poly Studio bar (premium USB video bar). The system is designed to support wireless presentation and BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) providing best-in-class video collaboration and conferencing using any cloud video service (soft codec) on your laptop. The cart will accommodate groups of up to six (6) local participants, while the mobility allows you to easily move the system from one room and/or space to another – supporting the group size while enabling your team to maintain social distancing.

In addition to the Mobile Huddle Room, our Starter Kit includes ten (10) home office set ups. Each including the following:

  • Two (2) Samsung 27” desktop displays
  • One (1) Logitech HD Webcam
  • One (1) Poly Bluetooth-enabled corded USB headset with Smart Sensor Technology
  • One (1) Zoom Meetings Pro License (3 year)
