The display(s) in the SimplyConnected Conference ZoomRoom will consist of two (2) 75” LED commercial displays, wall mounted and aligned (side by side) for optimum viewing. A camera will be wall mounted below the displays for ideal video capture of the meeting’s participants. AV technology married with ZoomRoom licensing will provide the full audio/video conferencing needs for the SimplyConnected Conference ZoomRoom.
The SimplyConnected Conference ZoomRoom will provide one-touch join for both video and audio, wireless content sharing and calendar (Office 365, Google Calendar, or Exchange) integration to allow end users to easily book rooms. Wireless presentation connectivity will be provided via the ZoomRoom licensing enabling the meeting participants to connect their devices (ie., laptop, tablet, phone devices) for local presentation and for sharing content with the far end meeting participants. Voice reinforcement for Zoom calls will be supported by a ceiling microphone. Local/program audio will be reinforced by four (4) 6.5” ceiling recessed speakers with 50W 70V audio amplifier. The SimplyConnected Conference ZoomRoom’s end-users will be able to launch a video/audio call directly from the user interface.
