Huffman ISD was looking to make large AV Technology updates without exerting too much of their own team's time. After discussions, Data Projections, Inc. (DPI) was able to complete the installation of 250 SMART interactive panels across the school district, transforming classrooms into dynamic, collaborative learning spaces. Problem
Upon selecting the SMART interactive display for the district's classroom, the district needed to install the displays in 250 classrooms in a short amount of time, assuring high quality integrations, and support for the teachers and technology staff.

Planning with purpose. DPI began with detailed site surveys of each campus, documenting power, network, mounting, and sightline considerations. The team built a phased schedule that aligned with bell times, testing windows, and custodial access to avoid lost instructional time.
Logistics that don’t miss a beat. All 250 SMART panels were staged, configured, and labeled with district asset tags by classroom. This pre-work meant faster installs, fewer in-room interruptions, and instant usability on day one.
Professional installation, classroom by classroom. Certified technicians handled mounting, secure cabling, and network joins with enrollment into the MDM. Each room received a functional test and firmware check before sign-off.
White-Glove Means More Than Delivery
DPI’s white-glove service is a high-touch, high-care approach that anticipates needs and removes burdens from district teams:
- Single point of contact. A dedicated DPI project manager coordinated with district IT, principals, and facilities, providing weekly progress updates and punch-list transparency.

- Device registration & onboarding. Panels were pre-named by campus and room to align with district asset and inventory systems.
- Haul-away & recycling. DPI removed packaging and legacy equipment per district direction, with documented, eco-friendly disposition.
- After-care support. Post-install check-ins, rapid-response service, and warranty coordination, so issues are resolved before they become disruptions.
